My art career started when I was a kid growing up in South Africa. Once I graduated high school I managed to land in the graphic department for an insurance company, who understood my desire to illustrate and create art. I was privledged to develop an original art series of the Birds of Prey of Africa and Wild Animals of Africa for their corporate collection.
When I moved to the USA in the mid '80's I was determined to pursue fine art and studied with some great pastel impressionist teachers, whose influence is still with me today.
I have had a good career as a decorative artist and muralist and have come full circle back to the studio.
For the past 4 years I have been dedicated to improving my skills as a digital artist as well as an artist who uses acrylics and mixed media to create my art work. I use mobile devices as well as the desktop computer to create my art, patterns and designs. I believe that art licensing is a will be an important part of my portfolio
My product lines include weartable art scarves, fabric designs, home accessories such as art, throw pillows and coasters.
